According to latest statistics, the number of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has doubled from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

Between 2004 and 2024, the number of men aged 100 or over has tripled from 910 to 3,100. During the same years, the count of women aged 100 or over almost doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.

We are excited to listen to centenarians, their relatives or close ones, about what it has been like to live through the past century’s major happenings and shifts.
